Whether you need brush removal, your gardens weeded, your windows replaced or your whole siding redone, members of your community are excited to beautify your home!
Eligible homeowners who participate in the Rock the Block program are offered up to $10,000 free to go towards repairs to improve the health and safety of your home. Any repairs that exceed $10,000 may be eligible for our Home Repair program, which offers a 0% deferred loan.
If you own your home and meet the income guidelines below, you may qualify for up to $10,000 FREE to address home repairs. If you are over our income guidelines, you may qualify for up to $500 FREE to address minor landscaping and home improvement projects.
