Neighborhood Revitalization Program Manager Position Available

Habitat for Humanity is embarking on an exciting new initiative to greatly increase our ability to serve families in the Fox Cities.  In addition to building new homes, we are expanding our housing solutions, services and partnerships, and empowering residents to revive their neighborhoods and enhance their quality of life through our Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative.  NRI will expand our housing services beyond new construction to include house repairs for low-income homeowners and weatherization to make existing houses more energy-efficient and affordable. 

The NRI Program Manager will plan, manage and implement our new NRI programs, and be Habitat’s representative among community partners involved in community development and revitalization.  Qualified candidates have a minimum of five years experience in community development, construction or related fields, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree.   Project management experience in complex environments and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
