| 3. Have a willingness to
partner with Habitat by: |
- Completing the sweat equity
requirements. Single adult families must complete 300 hours
and 2-adult families must complete 500 hours before moving into
their home. Our sweat equity policy includes hours of construction
on your home, other homes, financial counseling, and homeowner
education courses. Partner Family Sweat Equity Tracking Form.
- Paying the monthly no-interest mortgage.
- Making a $500 down payment.

| The First Step: |
The first step in becoming a Habitat
homeowner is to attend our Applicant Orientation Meetings. At this
informational session, you will find out about our program, see what a
typical Habitat home looks like, and learn how to accurately complete
your application. We do not hand out applications
year-round. Our orientation meetings are only offered during
limited times during the year. You will be contacted
about upcoming meetings.
| Application Sessions -
Sessions will take place at the Goodwill
Community Center located at 1800 Appleton Road
in Menasha. The next Application Sessions will be held:
Thursday, July 24, at 6 PM
Saturday, July 26, at 10 AM
Saturday, October 18, at 10 AM
